Book your appointment
STEP 1
Book a Consultation
Choose a date and time
Write in the memo if you will be appearing in person or by video
Pay the $150 Booking fee
Then sign up as a site member in the Log in area.

Submit your Application
STEP 2
Check your inbox/spam/junk folder for your enrollment application. Don't see it? Then, type "Perfect 10" in the search bar of your email. It will be in the form of a flyer not a link. Complete and submit prior to your appointment.
Pay your Tuition balance
STEP 3
Add your tuition balance to your cart from "Home" or "Shop" page to pay in full $2650. If you need a payment plan go to our "Payment Plan" page.
